New Orleans legend, has been taking pictures of the culture and people of the city since the 80s, his on the spot method of picture making and instant-photo technology made him one of if not the most popular photographer in the city. He also boasts one of the largest visual archives in New Orleans. I met him at the start of my art career in New Orleans and it was encouragement and inspiration from day one. This portrait is giving him the flowers that he deserves.
